In short: Playkudo is free to play in your browser. No accounts, no downloads, no fees.

Playkudo is a free game portal for kids aged 6–12 and their families. Every game runs in your web browser on phones, tablets, and computers. You do not need an account, a subscription, or a download, and you may stop using the portal at any time — your saved progress simply stays on your device.

Because our players are children, adults are responsible for the devices and browsers kids use. The adult-facing forms on this site (Contact and Report) are intended for parents, guardians, and teachers.

In short: Play nicely: don’t break the games, the site, or other people’s fun.

• Don’t try to hack, break, overload, or reverse-engineer the portal or its games.
• Don’t use bots or scripts to play or to scrape content.
• Don’t misrepresent who you are on our adult-facing forms.
• Don’t use Playkudo for anything unlawful or unkind.

In short: Every game, character, and picture is an original Playkudo work. Please don’t copy or re-host it.

All games, characters (including Bloop and Pip), illustrations, animations, sounds, and text on Playkudo are original works owned by Playkudo Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Our characters and games are not copies of, and are not affiliated with, any other game, toy, or cartoon brand.

You may play the games and share links to pages with friends and family — sharing links is wonderful! You may not copy, redistribute, sell, re-host, frame, or create derivative works from our games or art, in whole or in part, without written permission.

In short: Games contain no outbound links. The ad spaces you see show only our own labeled placeholders and promos.

Playkudo games never link out to third-party sites. Advertising surfaces today show only first-party, clearly labeled placeholders, and the optional promo videos inside games are our own “Playkudo Picks”. They do not lead anywhere, offer anything for sale, or use third-party networks. External references (like the regulator links in our Privacy Policy) are provided for adults and open in a new tab.

In short: We work hard to keep Playkudo safe and running, but we provide it “as is”.

Playkudo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep the portal safe, accurate, and online, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Games and pages may change or be updated at any time. Progress saves are stored on your own device and may be lost if browser data is cleared or the device changes — that is outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Playkudo Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law, and nothing here is meant to reduce a child’s statutory protections.

In short: We’ll update the date at the top whenever these terms change.

If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Playkudo after a change means you accept the new terms.
